Production Operators – Soft Insulation

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate interpretation of production route cards.
• Accurate completion of production route cards.
• General housekeeping of the work area.
• Achieve company work & quality standards.
• Participate in team-based activities.
• On completion of the standard training programme, show competence in performing operations, in accordance with the company grading system

• Health & Safety conscious
• Team player
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility (possible overtime and shift patterns can change within two weeks’ notice)
• Good time keeper
